This image was from an article from the skin foundations website. The article debates that the effect tanning has on physical appearance trumps the health risks associated with UV ray exposure, especially in the case of indoor tanning.
Since people generally like the physical attributes of babies in comparison to a turtle...if you had to choose which one had the most ideal skin, I think it is pretty obvious who would be the victor would be.
